This course will cover:

• Our collective "yeah but's" that keep us from moving forward, so that we can spot them and make a new 1% choice of shift
  
  
• Some of the types of exercises that we can use to shift our emotional setpoints and therefore our life trajectory
  
  
• Exercises of mine, of Abraham Hicks's and Mike Dooley's
  

Together we will:

• Share our explorations, our questions, and our discoveries
  
  
• Find some core high beliefs that will support our emotional 1% and .001% emotional shifts
  
  
• Refine our understanding of this practice of feeling instead of thinking our feelings
  
  
• Work on shifting from right/wrong to feel-better/feel-worse so that you can claim for the first time a sense of being at the helm of your own sacred life
  

When we are done, you will leave with:

• More clarity about this shift
  
  
• More ways to engage your self-directed efforts
  
  
• Connection and relationship with others who are on your same path
