- I offer a "tinytalk" about an aspect - social, communication-based, or spiritual - of business that we women can see and understand differently and apply to our businesses/work moving forward - but this time with strength!
- Each woman says what she would like to do - or is doing - to apply this new perspective or practice, introducing her business as she does so. (This removes most of the nightmare feeling of delivering an "elevator pitch")
- Next, each woman is asked what she needs in her business or career and whoever can help does so right then and there, making connections instant and personal.
