What exactly is OFF THE HOOK?
RECLAIM is a 4-week live community Zoom experience — 90 minutes a week, maximum 15 women — that uses acting and improv to help you embody the freedom you already know is possible but haven't been able to reach. This isn't theory. This is experiential. Your nervous system learns what free actually feels like from the inside.
How is this different from other programs?
Therapy goes deep into the wound and stays there. Most coaching gives you someone else's system to follow. OFF THE HOOK shows you the source — the systemic programming that was installed before you had words to refuse it — and then gives you a completely different way to relate to it. Not more excavating. Not someone else's blueprint. Yours.

Do I have to have acting experience?
None whatsoever. The acting and improv methodology is the delivery system, not the point. It's used because the body learns faster than the mind. You'll surprise yourself.
