A 4-week workshop from
The Goodbye Good Girl Project
You have learned the spiritual truths.
You are practicing self-awareness.
You have attended workshops, read the books, and done "the work".
But you still have the big question:
Our social training has taught us all to believe things about ourselves that simply aren't true:
• 🚫You are limited
• 🚫You are flawed beyond repair
• 🚫You are a victim to your own life
💯THAT'S A SYSTEM-BUILT RULE, NOT A TRUTH!💯
But you learned your lessons well.
You expected less and less of life and more and more of yourself.
Your body, emotions and mind took in messages that slowed and stopped you!
As a result, your nervous system hasn't learned how to hold the range of emotions required for the level of transformation you crave!
Like the rest of us trained in this social system, you were washed up on the beach of your brain, and told to think your way out of this...
...but no amount of thinking is going to get you into your body.
Your expansiveness, your ability and your right to be all of you has to be EXPERIENCED to be believed.

This is where acting and improv come in. Not as performance. As practice, putting what you already are - but haven't been able to access - into action.
Through play, you'll safely expand your emotional range. You'll discover what you're capable of feeling—and expressing—without falling apart. You'll have the "holy shit, I can do THAT?" moments that crack open your sense of what's possible.
And in that crack, everything changes.
What You'll Experience!
Over 4 weeks, you will:
• Work with monologues, characters, and interactive improv ("yes-and" approach) to explore emotional territory you may have never expressed before
• Get real-time feedback on when you're being yourself vs. performing a version of yourself
• Practice on your feet—speaking, moving, feeling—to connect thought to body
• Discover your "I never thought I could do that" moments, and debrief what they mean to you
• Build the emotional suppleness required to actually receive the quantum, spiritual, next-level truths you already know
This isn't therapy. This isn't trauma excavation.
This is play as a safe container for expanding who you know yourself to be, and walking right through elements of the trauma and into new self-awareness!
Here's how it works!
Format:
4 weekly live sessions via Zoom
Thursdays, 7:00-8:30pm EST
90 minutes per session
Max 12-15 participants
Structure:
Each session includes:
• Group exercises led by Lori
• 3 "hot seat" opportunities per session (sign up if you want individual coaching in front of the group)
• Debrief and integration time to connect the experience back to your life
You'll need to show up live. Replays will be available, but the transformation happens live and in real time.

This is for you if you're...
Curious, open-minded, and willing to go to emotional places - by playing - just 1% outside your normal comfort zones.
Tired of all the things that don't work. You're looking for what does.
Eager for freedom. You want agency over your own life. And you're ready to stop settling.
Just want to have some FUN in your personal growth journey!
You know you want growth, you want to feel more self-confidence, you want to be free of your habit but you haven't figured out how to BE different - and you're ready to try something safe and challenging at the same time!
You don't need to have acting experience.
You don't need to be "good at feelings."
You just need to be willing to play your way into becoming more of your natural self!

$297 for the complete 4-week series
Includes all 4 live sessions, access to replays, and a community of people doing this work with you.
When?
Cohort 1 starts Thursday, March 19, 2025
Sessions: March 19, 26, April 2, 9
7:00-8:30pm EST

Group work is easier, more supportive, and provides great emotional intimacy without deep emotional risk.

"I have had a love/hate experience with public speaking for 30 years. Working with Lori has transformed my experience of public speaking into one of pure joy. She helped me move from being a good speaker into being a great speaker.
Lori helped me hone my message, deliver my material in my own personal style and develop a new level of confidence in my abilities as a speaker."

Within our first session, I was able to write from a place I never had before!! She gave me homework and really helped me deal with how both my environment shaped my beliefs about myself and my internal sabotage. It was deep. She worked with me for 5 more sessions, 6 sessions in total and I could see and feel an improvement after each session.
I thank Lori from the bottom of my heart for her gift. If you desire to speak as a part of your business I highly recommend Lori. Even if you've been speaking for a while, contact her.

I laughed through my fear, and found my natural personality and voice with her intent listening skills. I can see the vision she has for her clients comes from compassion, her intelligence, and the mission she speaks of in changing our communication with ourselves and with others.
