Business has it all backwards. Money first, and humans enslaved to its pursuit by those who get all of the money but have no responsibility for creating the actual product. The gulf between the bottom and the top has widened and created less and less of what the C-suite seeks: money and control. And there is a completely different way. But you have to start with the human and put the money second. This is not a small change, but it is completely doable and has, in fact been done.
How did we get here? We got to the corporate addiction to control and bottom lines in the 1800's with the Industrial Revolution which led to basing our corporate structures on Army structures. That structure simply doesn't work.
The Human Solution takes you through the start of the mechanistic alignment and all of the ways in which it hurts humans, our businesses, and the world. And then it takes you into the mindset and setups that change the game, bringing health, fulfillment, involvement, engagement to the humans which are your business, and as a result doubles bottom lines.
