How many times have you heard "don't be so emotional!"? The real situation is that we need to understand how to understand and respond to our feelings in such ways that we harness their power! When you are happy or contented When you feel good, there is a vibrational reality that goes out from you and impacts others, making people around you feel good too. When you feel really bad, the same thing happens: a vibrational frequency goes out and impacts those around you. The question is: Can you choose which one you want to offer to yourself and the world? Most would answer that question with wanted external realities: lots of money, a fantastic life partner, a new house, etc. And those are all good answers and good desires to have! But what if you could have that thing that creates those situations and makes them come in a regular flow? That would be like having the magic genie and the 3 wishes with one of them being to have endless wishes! Well, guess what: you can. It's all about how you feel Have you ever noticed that when you feel absolutely incredible - like when you first fall in love - everything around you goes SO RIGHT!? It's either a coincidence - it isn't - or a response to how you feel - bingo! Is this difficult to process, or does it just make sense to you? Because if it makes sense, the next question should be: Okay, I get that, but how do I make it happen regularly? The first thing is to throw your lot in with the idea that we are energy first, and physicality second. That mandates our having to align with our energetic frequencies more- our emotions and feelings and sensings - instead of trying first to make sense of everything that our mind grabs hold of and then trying to make our bodies do what we desire. In truth, allowing is a lot easier and a lot more successful than pushing our bodies and wills and minds to "make things happen". And who doesn't want greater ease? Can you think a "better-feeling thought"? This isn't like "positive thinking". This is about guiding yourself to a slightly better-feeling place inside of you. You don't need to become incredibly happy, but you do have to give yourself some relief. The emotional or sensing relief is a sign that you are headed in a better direction, a path of less resistance, which is like opening your window on a new Spring day and feeling the wind wafting in and lifting your mood just because it's warm again. Stick with it If you can allow yourself to stick with the idea of feeling just a bit better - even a very tiny bit better - for just 17 seconds and counting, you may find that ideas or inspirations start to pop up for you just because you feel better. Granted, it takes a while to get accustomed to pointing ourselves toward feeling better, because we are so accustomed to looking for problems to solve, but once you have a hold on how your emotions can tell you whether you are heading toward success or frustration, you are on a road that no one else can impact.
